This past weekend 4/16-4/17/16 was a great weekend because of DHY. When i got on my new 2014 Yamaha FJR to ride Saturday afternoon much to my dismay i had a flat an bike wouldnt even roll backwards to get it out of the garage. So i aired up the flat found the nail and realized I could make to DHY just a couple miles from my house. I was figuring at that time of day i would just be letting it there. NOT I think i got there at 315pm again on Saturday. After a quick look thru the computer a new tire appeared and before i knew it my bike was on the lift with new tire being installed. Within 45 mins of arriving with a bad tire I was fixed up and on my way to a great riding weekend. DHY service, shop, dealership, YOUS ROCK. This is why I will only buy at DHY. Thank You service for saving my ass on a beautiful weekend. JPW
What an amazing experience ! DHY conducts business in a way that is without pressure and very comforting. Chris in sales made me feel as if I were his only customer and provided me with more than ample information and suggestions for me to ultimately make the right purchase for me and my children. Bill, also in sales assisted me as well with equal focus making the over all sales experience fun and easy. Whenever I call or show up to the store in person, these two knowledgable gentlemen make me the top priority. Becky handled all the paperwork with her welcoming family friendly approach. After 9 years of taking my 2001 Honda 750 Shadow to the same place for I purchased it for yearly service and a carb clean, I decided to go to DHY because it was closer. Well my bike came back running better than when I first bought it! These guys know how to tune a bike to get max performance! I won't be going anywhere else from now on!
Went up there to get work done on my CBR1000. Service was great! Picked up some gloves and some other things. Dealing with Donna and her staff is a pleasure! They are always very knowledgeable and friendly! There is a very family like atmosphere. Next bike purchases will be here......
I stopped by DHY last season almost by accident. I've bought five motorcycles (HDs) from another dealership prior to my visit, and DHY sold me my first sportbike. From the first purchase, I have to say this dealership was the single best that I have come across compared to any other bike or even car dealership I have dealt with previously. The salesman are very straightforward and they know their merchandise extrememly well. The folks in parts will work with you on anything from small modifications to a complete customization. Their service department is managed by Craig who always goes the extra mile to get your bike completed and save your next weekend, or in my case, my next race event. The purchase process and insurance is seamless and I left the same day with all of my paperwork for all 3 purchases so far. So far, I've purchased and sold a 2008 R1 thru DHY, purchased a 2009 Zuma scooter, and a Yamaha 4500iw generator.
